Hi lovely basketball family 🌈 We are hosting a basketball event on June 21st, in the spirit of showing pride and allyship 365 days a year, on and off the court. Many people from the LGBTQIA+ community unfortunately still feel alienated from team sports, so even though clubs are becoming more inclusive, we still have a long way to go! Basketball is for EVERYONE, and if you agree, come and show support on the court! ✨
Location: Sluseholmen Skole (gym is on the top floor!)
Schedule:
- 14-14.30: Check-in, warming up, welcome
- 14.30-15.30: Tournament + Beginner Open Training
- 15.30-16.30: Tournament + Social Activities for Beginners
About the beginner training:
Come for a fun training, no experience required! We will have lots of fun learning basketball basics together ✨
Bring comfortable shoes you can run in, water bottle 🥵 and feel free to wear colourful clothes! 🌈
About the tournament:
It’s a 4v4 tournament on small courts.
We have space for 6 teams in total. Each team can have 4-7 players, depending on how many substitutions you wish to have.
It costs 20 kr. to join the tournament, and you get a pair of rainbow socks 🎉
Sign up your team by paying to Mobilepay box: 4882KL (20 kr. per person, so if you are 4 on the team, it’s 80 kr.) and remember to write your team name as a comment ✨
Please note that the entire team has to wear the same colour 🎨
