OSHO Kundalini Meditation – Shake, Flow, and Be Still
Join us for an immersive OSHO Kundalini Meditation, a powerful practice used worldwide, designed to release tension, awaken energy, and bring deep stillness. This 60-minute guided meditation moves through four stages—shaking, dancing, stillness, and silence—allowing you to connect with yourself in a profound way.

Thursdays at 4:50 PM - Door closes at 4:55 PM.
A short introduction will be given at 4:50 PM.
Once the meditation begins, we ask that you stay for the full hour to honour the process for yourself and others.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Bring your water bottle—and an eye mask, if you wish. There are blankets and yoga mats at the Lake House.

The meditation will be facilitated by spiritual teacher and coach Silke Egholm (Instagram.com/SilkeEgholm), who has enjoyed the OSHO Kundalini Meditation regularly since she encountered it 15+ years ago.
