YOGA NIDRA

This deeply restorative evening session centers around the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (= the yogic sleep). Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided relaxation that works with the autonomic nervous system to release deep-seated tension and stress. Research has shown that just 30 minutes of this practice can provide the rejuvenating benefits equivalent to 2-3 hours of conventional sleep.

Participants will be guided through a complete Yoga Nidra journey, allowing the body to enter a state of conscious rest while the mind remains alert and receptive. This powerful practice helps reset stress responses, improve sleep quality, enhance creativity, and create profound mental clarity.

This offering creates a (midweek) sanctuary for participants to release accumulated tension, improve sleep patterns, reduce anxiety, and connect with their inner wisdom.

No experience is necessary - just bring an open mind :-) At the lake House we have all the props (including floor heating) for you to get cosy.
