Our relationships—both with ourselves and others—shape every aspect of our lives. When they are harmonious, we experience happiness and connection. When they are challenging, they can cause stress and emotional pain.
In this workshop, we will explore how meditation and Buddhist wisdom can help us create more harmonious and fulfilling relationships. Kadam Tim, our Resident Teacher, will through guided meditations and practical teachings, teach us how to approach relationships with patience, love, compassion, and wisdom—whether strengthening loving connections or navigating difficulties with calmness and inner strength.
This workshop is for anyone seeking to develop meaningful connections and respond skillfully to relationship challenges.
