SELF DEFENSE CLASS FOR WOMEN

Nothing is more terrifying for a woman than being attacked and not knowing her options for survival. Here at A to Z Wellness Center, our mission is not only to instruct women of all ages to be aware of dangerous situations but also to provide our students with practical self-defense techniques that have been proven to be effective in real-world situations.

Your instructor is Mary Ellen, a retired police officer with a second-degree black belt in Karate. In her career, she has taught many self-defense classes for women.

Who: This is a beginner level, so no experience is necessary.
When: Wednesday, June 11th at 8 am. One-hour class.
Where: 125 S. Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501
Why: Learn to protect yourself.
How much: $20 prepay. (If you cannot afford this, you can still come.) LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE
