✨Through mindful breathing, relaxation techniques and the healing vibrations of various instruments, you'll leave feeling refreshed and refocused.✨

⭐️ Lindsey is a certified sound practitioner who has been practicing and learning the amazing benefits of sound since 2019. ⭐️

❣️ To ensure your comfort, please bring any items you may need. Mats, blankets, and bolsters (or pillows) are recommended for an optimal experience. We do have a limited number of bolsters available, first come first served.❣️
