Yoga for Beginners with Brian

Come learn the fundamentals of yoga and get started with your practice. Each week, we'll explore different yoga postures designed to improve flexibility, strength and mobility. This course is appropriate for brand new beginners as well as those who've practiced previously but looking for a refresher. You can expect a mat-based class with a combination of standing and seated postures as well as breath techniques to support body, mind and spirit. This will be a fun introduction to the practice of yoga, led by trusted instructors from Yoga Home. Class size is limited to provide personalized attention.
