Join us for the first annual Lone Star Family Health Center Mental Health Awareness Walk!
Come join us for a morning of raising awareness and support for mental health. The event will take place at the Lone Star Family Health Center, 605 Conroe Medical Dr. in Conroe, TX.
We will have a host of community vendors with information and resources on ways to improve your own mental health and support loved ones with mental health diagnoses. We will also be joined by some of our own LSFHC counselors! There will be lots of prizes and giveaways for participants.
Let's walk together to show our solidarity and break the stigma surrounding mental health. It's a great opportunity to connect with others and promote mental well-being.
