Postpartum Gentle Movement and Support Group

This event is conveniently held in Connellsville, PA and is for any postpartum mom! We will start with some gentle movements to increase blood flow to foster health and recovery after giving birth. Then, the group can discuss anything they want for the rest of the hour! If you have worries, anxieties, want to meet other moms in the area, or just want to feel heard and supported, this group is for you!!
