Mommy and Me Exercise and Play Group (for infants and toddlers 6months-3 years old

Come join other moms and littles in this low-impact exercise group. My little one will be with me as we lead the group with exercises geared toward moms and infants/toddlers. Then, the kids can play while the grownups have real adult conversations!
Create new relationships with moms in the area, and help improve both your and your child’s health!

When you register online, choose mommy and baby or moms and tots so I know which age to expect.
