Birth Trauma Support Group

Childbirth doesn’t always go the way we expect or want it to. Sometimes it’s just hard to fathom what our body and mind went through to have this child. Wherever you are in your journey of processing your birth, you’re welcome at this support group for moms to talk about their experience and start working through their thoughts and feelings.

Your first support-style group is free with code SUPPORT at checkout, and you can pay online or in person for future classes!
