🍂 The Lion & The Ridge – An Autumn Adventure from Grasmere 🍂
Join us for a stunning 13km guided walk in the heart of the Lake District, taking in two of Alfred Wainwright’s most iconic fells. This 5-hour adventure begins in the charming village of Grasmere, before winding its way up to Helm Crag – famous for its rocky summit known as The Lion and the Lamb. From here, we follow a breathtaking ridge with sweeping views across Easedale Valley and the central fells, before reaching the quieter heights of Gibson Knott.
The return route brings us down through the beautiful valley of Far Easedale, with autumn colours at their very best – golden bracken, rushing becks, and wide-open views all the way back to Grasmere.
