WHAT: Kingdom Kids and Pathways NC Inc. Computer Technology Summer Camps 2025

WHERE: 310 Kerr Street Concord, North Carolina 28025
***COST: $75.00 Per Week and Per Camper
***Laptops will be provided to campers during camps instruction ONLY
***Lunch will be provided to campers to campers

Week of July 7th - 11th, 2025
Video Games Design and Development Morning Summer Camp
At the end of this HANDS-ON Video Games Design and Development Morning Camp, campers will be introduced to basic video game terminology such as Elements of Game Design, sprites, objects, and create and design in-class and at home video games. In addition, tutorials and videos will be provided to the students towards aiding their learning process of creating various video game(s).
Depending on the students' computer background and interest, students will be asked to select one of the FOLLOWING Video Games platforms to learn how to create and design their OWN video games:
1) Scratch
2) Game Maker Studio 2.0
3) Flowlabs

Graphic Animation and Design Afternoon Summer Camp
At the end of this HANDS-ON Graphic Animation and Design Afternoon Summer Camp, Unlock Your Creativity: In the Animation Course, kids will learn various animation techniques, storytelling principles, and character design. They will develop a strong foundation in animation, exploring the art of movement and timing to create dynamic and visually appealing animated videos. Hands-On Learning: They will learn to use industry-standard software and tools to bring their ideas to life. Through practical exercises and projects, they will enhance their technical skills while unleashing their creativity.
Career Opportunities: By mastering the art of animation, kids can explore careers as animators, character designers, storyboard artists, or even start their own animation studios. The Animation Course will provide them with the foundational knowledge and skills to pursue their passion in the world of animation.
