Hornby Island Retreat

Join us this summer on Hornby Island, Vancouver for a retreat of a lifetime! Our Yoga Swim Flow retreat is all about connecting with the natural elements and natural rhythm of movement - all alongside a group of incredible humans!

This three day offering is designed for swimmers looking to deepen their practice & includes - boat supported open water swims, morning and evening yoga practices, a sound bath, locally sourced meals, a tea ceremony, time to explore local hikes, transport from Comox airport.
