Join Cam and I for our Summer Sound Bath in a rejuvenating park, where nature meets relaxation.
Set in the tranquil embrace of a lush park, this event offers a unique experience of auditory healing. As you lie back on comfortable mats, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments.
Let the harmonious sounds wash over you, aligning your mind, body, and spirit. Embrace the serenity of the outdoors and find inner peace in this serene, summer setting.
All are welcome to this relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, something to cover your eyes, water and whatever else is needed for comfort, and wear comfortable clothing.
Please arrive early to set-up, we will begin playing at 4pm.

UPDATES:
1) Please be mindful when parking and respectful to the homes in the area. Carpool if possible.
2) We will be setting up near the herb garden. Easiest access is from Gate 1, located on Comox Ave. Follow main path towards the restaurant. If parking at Gate 2, walk across the grass towards the row of trees. You will find us on the other side.
