The Eagle Chairlift is noc'turning for the full moon on August 9, 2025 until 11pm! 🌕✨
Join us for sunset refreshments on the Eagle View Patio, and enjoy some delicious tastings from Ravens Moon Cider, inside Outdoor Elements.
As the moon rises, take the lift up to enjoy the view from the Lookout Deck at night. We will have lanterns and paths lit up, but guests are encouraged to bring headlamps and other light sources.
The August full moon is referred to as the Sturgeon Moon, but it also has another name, Mountain Shadows Moon, which is used by the Tlingit people of the Pacific Northwest. Celebrate the changing of the mountain shadows with us and take in the nighttime view from the top of Mountain Washington!

Tickets for this event are included with any scenic lift ticket purchased that day, ride the chair as many times are you want, and into the evening!
- Scenic Lift Tickets are $19 for adults, $14 for child/youth/senior and tots 3-6 ride free. Family of 4 is $59.
- Gold Pass holders ride free! (check in with guest services!)
