Silent Disco Yoga

Join Jamie on Thursday June 5th for a Silent Disco yoga class at a super cool location called The Clubhouse right down the street from Body Language. While Jamie leads you through these Mini Vin flows, you will be wearing wireless headphones and through these headphones you will hear Jamie's instructions plus music in the background. You’ll feel like you’re in your own world but at the same time you will be sharing this experience with everyone around you!!
Doors open at 6 pm
Mini Vin class 6:30-7:30 pm*
Social Hour to Follow 7:30-8:30 pm
$49 includes Class & Social Hour

*The Union Lake Clubhouse @ 2261 Union Lake Road
*Class will be held outside behind the Clubhouse weather permitting
*Space is limited to 50 due to number of headphones available
