Island Yoga

🌴Join Brie for a Slow Flow Island Yoga class on Lake Sherwood! During this 60-minute practice, you’ll flow to the rhythm of Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffet, and other island essentials 🎶.

Meeting location: We will be meeting at the a-lot on Driftwood street. Enter the following address, and you will see the a-lot on the left: 5076 Driftwood, Commerce Township. If the a-lot parking is full, street parking is permitted.

Timeline: Please arrive between 12:00 - 12:15 to allow enough time to shuttle everyone to the island and begin on time. Class will start at 12:30pm. After class, you can hop on the boat to be shuttled back to the a-lot whenever you would like to return. The boat will be doing continuous loops until 3:30pm, which will be the "last-call" shuttle back to where you parked.

Tips:
-BYO mat! You will be practicing on the ground. If you are concerned about your mat getting dirty, we recommend bringing a towel for under the mat, or using an old/cheap mat.
-BYOB! We will have water bottles & bananas, but you are more than welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks!
-Go to the bathroom before leaving! There are no bathrooms on the island... but you can always wear your suit & get in the water ;)
