Topics discussed include: pre-licensing requirements; rule reading practice; best practices for organizing your systems; human resources and staffing; understanding the true cost of care; and the phases of building a strong program. Along with the workshop content, professional and local community resources to support your business prep will be shared.
Please note: this training does not take the place of the ODJFS Pre-Licensing training requirement. This training takes place in-person. Both sessions must be attended to receive OA credit.
