🌿 Just Breathe for Kids Summer Camp 🌞
A summer of mindfulness, movement, and fun!
Designed for kids ages 5+, each week of Just Breathe for Kids Summer Camp offers a nurturing space both indoors and out where every child feels seen, supported, and connected. With small class sizes, campers will explore mindful movement, creative expression, and relaxation techniques in a fun and engaging way.
📅 Register early! Spots are limited to maintain a personalized experience. Every session is different so sign up for multiple sessions is encouraged.
👕 Every camper will receive a Just Breathe for Kids t-shirt that they will personalize during each session of camp!

🔹 What to Bring Each Day:
✅ Yoga mat (if you have one)
✅ Water bottle (filled with water)
✅ Healthy snack
✅ Sunscreen/bug spray applied beforehand (counselors cannot administer)
