Calm Camp-mini camp

A one-day mini camp where kids create their own calm toolboxes—filled with movement, breath, art, and imagination to help them find their calm anytime, anywhere.

Through fun activities like mindful crafts, breathing games, yoga-inspired movement, and creative expression, campers will explore simple, powerful ways to manage big feelings and feel more centered.

By the end of the day, every child will walk away with:

* Tools to calm their body and focus their mind

*A handmade calm kit filled with sensory + emotional supports

*Confidence in their ability to handle tough moments

* And a deeper understanding of their own inner world
