Yin Yoga with Bethana

Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network, and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space. Yin yoga works heavily with the connective tissues of the body. Rather than focusing on muscles like a classic yang yoga practice would, yin focuses on fascia, tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, bones, and beyond. 💜 Bethana is a certified yoga instructor specializing in yin yoga, a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues. She cultivates a restorative and compassionate space where students find relief from stress and tension, reconnect with themselves, and embrace healing through mindful movement. Known for her grounded warmth and uplifting energy, she encourages balance in body, mind, and spirit—both in the studio and in her own life, which is enriched by nature, community, and continued study in yoga and Ayurveda.
