Experience breath as medicine, facia and nervous system awareness, movement as prayer, and gentle emotional and energetic clearings. 💜 Skye Rae Dawning has cultivated a unique practice through many years of training in the healing arts that include intuitive body work, divination, and spiritual wellness practices. Skye provides group classes such as Connect to Breath, a guided meditation and somatic experience connecting individuals deeply with the body, mind and spirit through Breathwork.
