Join us for our FREE monthly walk!
Bathrooms, parking, and a paved walking trail provided.
We'll meet down by the river for a 10-15 minute health talk and then start our walk.
Walk at your own pace, bring a friend, feel inspired by nature!
Start your weekend off on the right foot (or maybe the left :)
