Join Good Company Yoga on the grounds of the South Carolina Statehouse for a special free class in celebration of International Day of Yoga! This outdoor event is the perfect opportunity to connect with community as you start your morning with movement and mindfulness -- then walk to Soda City Market, Main Street District, or The Vista to continue good vibes in the capital city. Bring your friends, family, kids, and pets.
Pre-registration is required. One ticket transaction per person. Please bring your own yoga mat. Grounds open at 7am for yoga participants. Be sure to arrive on or before 7:45am for a prompt 8am class start time. In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any class changes via the email used for registration.
