Art 4 Healing is a therapeutic class where individuals can paint out feelings and emotions. This is a guided workshop. This workshop uses Scripture from the bible related to themes from life issues to paint out emotions and feelings abstractly. This form of art helps to promote healing, reducte stress and foster emotional well-being by allowing participants to communicate their emotions in a non-verbal, creative way.
Wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting paint on.
