Mindful Movement Class @ GOCA with Ambrie Sward

GOCA is proud to partner with Ambrie Sward to present a Mindful Movement Class in the gallery in August 2025! This class is FREE, just stop by and join us! No registration needed.

The class consists of a guided meditation, guided movements, movement prompts, closing meditation, and closing affirmations. The guided meditation will be a body scan with the intention of bringing awareness to the mind-body connection, breath and calming/grounding. The guided movements will follow the sequence of the body scan. The movement prompts are invitations for participants to move around the space. The closing meditation is unguided where the participants will listen to the music and reflect on anything that came up for them during the class. The closing affirmations are to help close the class.
