🇺🇸🏋️♂️ Get ready for an epic Memorial Day at NEXUS! 🌟 Join us on Monday May 26th for our annual Memorial Day Workout Extravaganza!
We're honoring tradition with the legendary "MURPH" workout but don't worry we've got scaled options too - HALF MURPH or BABY MURPH - so everyone can join in the fun! 💪 We'll kick off with stretching at 10am followed by the workout sessions at 10:30am and possibly another at 11:30am depending on community participation.
After sweating it out refuel with some delicious BBQ grilling! Lunch will be served from 12-2pm.
Whether you're in it for the workout the food or the community vibe everyone is welcome! The participation fee is $20.
