Beat The Heat! Summer Friendly Cooking Class with Chef Stevie

Cool off with delicious, refreshing recipes that keep you energized and nourished all summer long! In this class, we’ll explore light, seasonal meals designed to help your body stay cool and balanced during the hottest months. Think hydrating ingredients, no-cook or low-heat techniques, and naturally cooling herbs and spices. Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy summer’s bounty without overheating in the kitchen!
$45 per person includes hands on cooking class and instruction, take home recipes, and ingredients. Class held at the teaching kitchen of the Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. All ingredients, recipes and equipment will be provided.

About Chef Stevie:
Chef Stevie has over 30 years experience as a chef and nutritionist, starting her career in New Orleans where she is from. She believes food should both be good AND good for you!

Tickets must be purchased no later than 1pm Thursday 3/27/2024 to reserve your spot and allow for ingredient purchasing. Please notify us if you have any food allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to accommodate.
