4th of July Workout & BBQ

Join us Thursday July 4th for our Red White & BOOM Workout & BBQ! 🇺🇸

We’re celebrating freedom the NEXUS way—with sweat smiles and sizzling BBQ! This fun Fourth of July workout will be a team-style WOD with twist! All levels welcome!

Workout kicks off at 10:30am so arrive by 10am to stretch meet your crew and get fired up! 💪

Lunch will follow from 12–2pm with Coach Marielle holding it down at the grill! 🌭🔥

Come for the workout stay for the food—or just swing by to hang with the community!
