📅 Food to Power is hosting our annual Harvest Celebration on. Saturday, September 13th from 1:00-4:00pm.
🌟 This year, it's a People's Food Summit — bringing our community together to celebrate all things food in the Pikes Peak region. Come sample farm-fresh treats, boogie to live music, enter a raffle, vote in a collard greens cookoff, and learn about the state of our food system directly from the farmers, grocers, chefs, and advocates who make our city a more vibrant and delicious place to live.
🥂 Space is limited to 400 people, so register now to claim your spot. All proceeds from the event will go directly towards Food to Power’s work cultivating a resilient food ecosystem and feeding over 35,000 people with fresh, nutritious food each year. This year's Harvest Celebration will feature:
🥗 Farm-fresh food and drink from local vendors, growers, food trucks, and more (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu items will be available)
🏆 Collard Greens Cook-Off: contest judged by attendees
🎤 Food Systems Features: short speeches & presentations by local farmers, business owners, and advocates in our food system
🤝 Community Org Panel: featuring local organizations whose work intersects with food access
🎉 Raffle with unique local experiences & products
🪩 Dance floor & live music
🍽️ Interactive food-related stations and activities
🎟️ Tickets are just $10 and include our farm-fresh appetizers, non-alcoholic drinks, and interactive stations. Additional tokens for alcoholic drinks and raffle are available for purchase during the event. Please note a valid ID will be needed to receive drink tickets.
Kids are welcome to join in on the fun! Children under the age of 10 require a free ticket to attend. We ask that parents assume responsibilities for monitoring their children at the event.
