We'll move through a playful flow combining deep stretches, inversions, flips, and relaxing aerial holds—all choreographed to your favorite jams. Whether you're a total beginner or seasoned in the swing, this class offers something for everyone: a full-body reset, a little bit of upside-down fun, and plenty of space to vibe out to your favorite songs.
