Pizza and Wine Pairing at The Vines (and Trivia)

Join us for a fun evening of wine and pizza pairings! We'll pair four of our wines with four slices of Dakota Vines pizza. Bob & Deb will briefly discuss the wines and answer questions from the group.

In between the pairings we'll even have trivia (prizes for the winners of each round)!

Pairing (Dakota Vines Pizza – Dakota Vines Wine) *:

• Pepperoni Pizza and Lonetree (dry Crimson Pearl)
• Sausage Pizza and Roughrider (semi-dry Frontenac)
• Hawaiian Pizza and Prairie Sky (semi-sweet La Crescent)
• BBQ Chicken Pizza and Dakota White Sangria (sweet grape and fruit blend)

Schedule:

5:45 - 6:00 Guests Arrive.

6:00 - 6:15 Welcome from Dakota Vines

• Chips and Salsa waiting for you at your table

6:15 - 7:30 Four Rounds of Pairings

• Slice of pizza and a one & one half-ounce sample of wine
• Trivia questions in between pairings
• Prizes for the winner of each round of trivia

7:30 - 8:00
