Raft Race at Wivenhoe Regatta

The raft race is a spectacular, crowd-pleaser where teams race against each other over short a course in front of spectators lined along the quayside. It's free to enter. Competitors create their own craft, with the objective of staying afloat for the duration of the race.

A case of beers and the Raft Race Shovel prize for the year is awarded to the winners.
