Live and Unplugged

For May's Live & Unplugged event we are delighted to welcome aboard Hayley Betty and Dean Frost an alternative indie folk musician from Colchester. Our thanks go to them for giving their time talent and extraordinary musicianship in support of our fundraising for the Bread and Roses CIC's Bakery project.

Prepare for a relaxing evening! Singer-songwriter Hayley Betty has 'head - turning vocals and a guitar that takes you some place else. Soulful music with an edge of rock.'

Dean brings '... a calmly dependable tone to every one of his performances; an earthy permanency that triggers something buried in ourselves. His relaxed opened tuned guitar and alluring vocal style are the tools of a quietly confident and unassuming performer...songs blend into songs with rhythms set to one pace glueing the whole set together. Like a soothing journey down a rural river it's impossible not to fall in love with the whole experience. '
