Join Lace Art Social on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at The Textile Collective to learn the basics of bobbin lace making. This workshop is perfect for those who are new to the craft and want to give it a try. You will be guided through the essential techniques and taught some basic stitches through a hands-on taster session. All equipment and materials will be provided for you to use, and everything will be setup so you can start making straight away. You will also be introduced to some historical and contemporary lace examples to inspire you. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to discover your new obsession and meet fellow lace enthusiasts!
