Bella Voce "Glorious Celebration" 20th Anniversary Concert

Join Bella Voce for a GLORIOUS celebration of 20 YEARS of outstanding music for women’s voices! This is a very special concert that you won’t want to miss as it features one of the gems among the large works for chorus: Francis Poulenc’s dynamically stirring Gloria - a six-movement work for mixed voices and full orchestra and solo soprano. Joining Bella Voce for two performances of this major work will be the Solaris Vocal Ensemble plus additional tenors and basses along with 35 instrumentalists from across northern Vermont. Bella Voce will also perform audience favorites of the past 20 years by such composers as Gwyneth Walker and Robert De Cormier as well as a variety of vibrant new works for women’s voices! Saturday, May 17 at 7:30PM and Sunday, May 18 at 3:00pm
