David Kilmer Author Event

Mark your calendars! Local author David Kilmer will be at The Well~Read Moose on Thursday, June 19th, at 6pm for an author event! David Kilmer will be discussing his newest book, The Way of the Sailor. ⛵

David Kilmer has craved adventure at sea since childhood. His first bluewater passage took him 2,300 miles across the Pacific Ocean at age 25, and he spent five seasons as a boat captain in the Grenadines. His latest book, The Way of the Sailor, is a collection of essays, meditations and small adventures that explore what it truly means to be a sailor—and ultimately, how to better navigate life itself. When he's not writing, David is running the private sailing yacht, the Sizzler on Lake Coeur d’Alene.
