JOURNEY INTO DEEP EMOTIONAL RELEASE WORKSHOP

Are you ready to break free from emotional blocks and experience inner peace? This transformative workshop is designed to help you release deep-seated emotions and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.

Have you ever lost a loved one? Whether through death, divorce, separation, a friendship, a family member, a pet, home, or material objects, this workshop is for you. Share what you are ready for or come to support the community. Don't feel like a burden by sharing your grief or blocks. Never feel alone again!



What to Expect:
Gentle Yoga/Yin/Reflection Yoga: Move your body with Hatha yoga and find stillness within yourself with Yin yoga.
Pranayama Breath Work: Align your breath with your body's natural rhythm.
Guided Visualization: Experience deep inner work and exercises to get to the root of the problems you want to release.
Reflection & Tea: Support each other as we have tea and release what is needed. Terri will bring her “tool belt” and tune into the circle to see what the group needs to go deep and release.
