Our day begins with a warm Meet & Greet, followed by a gentle exercise where you'll select an emotion and write it down – a personal intention for our journey together. We'll then flow through a revitalizing Yoga session: * Emotions & Forgiveness: During this mindful practice, you'll place your wriiten down emotion on your mat, allowing it to be present as we explore emotions as fleeting colors and sensations. The practice will gently guide us towards understanding the impermanent nature of feelings and the power of release. Following our morning practice, we'll move to the water's edge for a poignant Forgiveness Ceremony. Here, we will each drop flowers into the river, symbolizing self-forgiveness and the gentle release of what no longer serves us. A nourishing lunch will provide us with the energy for our afternoon explorations. The heart of our afternoon lies in the Become a Visionary Mini Workshop, where we'll delve into the art of creating a fulfilling future: * Law of Attraction - Visualization Segment: We'll explore the power of visualization, culminating in writing a heartfelt letter to your future self, planting seeds of intention. * Law of Emanation - Life Visioning Segment: This segment will guide you through a discussion and meditation focused on cultivating unconditional love as the atmosphere for your vision. We'll explore willingness, the art of right asking, recognizing your inherent gifts and talents, and allowing your authentic life vision to emerge as your next growing edge. As the afternoon unfolds, we'll gather for a powerful Burning of Emotion Card Ceremony. We'll light a bonfire on the beach, offering our emotion cards to the flames. This symbolic act represents letting go of old patterns, recognizing that emotions are impermanent and can be released in an instant, making space for new experiences. Finally, we'll culminate our day with a joyful Color Throwing Ceremony. Embracing the feeling of renewal – the "good" that follows letting go – we'll create a vibrant "soul train" line. As each person moves through the line, others will joyfully throw colorful powders, symbolizing support for their journey of release and their embrace of a new vision, much like the explosion of color in spring. This will transition into a Free-form Dance with the throwing of colors, a vibrant celebration of freedom, joy, and the beautiful tapestry of our emotions.
