Yoga at Coalinga’s Gold Star Wellness Center
Our yoga class is designed to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through safe, accessible, and uplifting movement. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, our classes welcome all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
We offer a variety of yoga styles including Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yin and Restorative practices, and specialty wellness classes designed to support balance, flexibility, strength, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Classes focus on:

Enhancing breath awareness and mindfulness
Encouraging safe, confident movement
Props such as chairs, straps, blocks, and soft balls are often used to make poses more comfortable and adaptable for every body. Each session includes time for gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation so participants leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and supported.
