Yoga Class with Suzanne Evening!

Join us for a gentle Hatha yoga practice designed to release tension and connect breath with movement.

Suzanne recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, specialising in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, and is ready to guide you through a practice that nurtures both body and soul.

This class is suitable for all levels, with a special focus on beginners. Come as you are and be part of a supportive, welcoming community.
