B.connected: Workshop of Butoh & Sound Journey with singing bowls

The art of Butoh and the Tibetan singing bowls is an excellent combination. This is the feedback we usually received after our co-hosted events.
Hereby we invite you to another chapter of Butoh Dance combined with Sound Journey.
This is an invitation for those who search for an inner escapism. A movement dialogue. A meditation.
We invite you to BE more connected, more present with yourselves. To just BE.
Most butoh exercises use image work to varying degrees. There is a general trend toward the body as "being moved", from an internal or external source, rather than consciously moving a body part. A certain element of "control vs. uncontrol" is present through many of the exercises.
After being moved with the help of Butoh exercises we invite you to let your body rest and meditate with the help of the singing bowls.
The workshop is excellent also for beginners, since we aim to recap the basics.
About us: Brigitte has met the Japanese dance form through Yumiko Yoshioka in 2020 and is a practitioner of the art form ever since. Her work is influenced mostly by Natsuko Kono, Yumiko Yoshioka, Yuko Kaseki, Taketeru Kudo, Conan Amok, Mari Osanai.

Bogdan considers himself a storyteller.
Silence, time, space, rhythm, pulsations, timbre and echoes are his companions and the colors on the vast canvas of his artistic expression.
Sound and Silence is his project. Bogdan creates immersive soundscapes with resonant instruments.
