🗣️ One of our keynote speakers for the evening is Doru Rotovei, PhD, is CEO and Head of AI at Greenlight. With a sharp perspective and hands-on industry insight, at Greenlight, Doru leads the application of AI in critical logistics environments, including medical supply chains addressing the specific operational challenges of moving blood, pharmaceuticals, and sterile materials within non-negotiable delivery windows. This makes him the perfect person telling us about: “From Lab to Bedside: ML Models Moving Blood, Drugs, and Medical Linen”, portraying how medical logistics involves constrained networks, perishability, and non-negotiable delivery windows. We’ll walk through AI-driven scheduling, routing, and failure prediction in operational healthcare settings.
🗣️ The other keynote speaker for the evening is Dr. Andrei Groza is a physician and researcher who identified a critical need within hospitals and developed the initial concept for Medical Pilot in response. A practicing gastroenterologist since 2016, he currently works at the Loyal Medical Center in Zalău, where he also serves as the clinic's administrator, which makes him the perfect person to tell us more about: “From White Coat to Code: Engineering Medical Pilot”. The idea for Medical Pilot emerged during his doctoral research and it laid the foundation for what would become a fully developed application. With a strong interest in technology, Dr. Groza naturally expanded his role beyond medicine, contributing as a Business Analyst, UX Designer, and Product Manager. His multidisciplinary approach was instrumental in shaping and advancing the Medical Pilot platform from concept to implementation.
