Revendicare a conceptului lacanian, 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 este un proiect care investighează statutul artistului contemporan și felul în care ne raportăm la gândirea critică.
Sintagma 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 a pătruns toate aspectele vieții sociale și a fost apropriată până la pierderea semnificației. De la etichetele produselor până la propriile practici artistice, totul este privit cu suspiciune. Limitele criticii trebuie recunoscute pentru a putea face loc unui spectru vast de posibilități intelectuale și expresive - respingând preconcepția că ceea ce nu este critic este obligatoriu necritic și deci inferior.
Din poziția artistului transmedial, Norbert Dako-Graff cercetează vizual și sonor moduri alternative de raportare la realitate și potențialul lor creator. Reevaluând critica ca mod implicit de raportare la obiectele artistice, artistul propune o interacțiune pozitivă, creatoare. Întregul proiect poate fi înțeles ca o posibilă soluție pentru blocajul provocat de vocea criticului interior – un sentiment familiar tuturor creatorilor.
𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 creează un spațiu intelectual paralel care, într-o lume a artei de o precaritate evidentă, răspunde nevoii artiștilor de a fi recunoscuți nu doar pentru performanța tehnicii, ci pentru eforturile susținute de a reclădi zilnic lumea.

A reclamation of the Lacanian concept, 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 is a project that investigates the status of the contemporary artist and how we relate to critical thinking.
The phrase 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 has pervaded all aspects of social life and has been appropriated to the point of meaninglessness.
Everything from product labels to our own artistic practices is viewed with suspicion. The limits of critique need to be recognized in order to make room for a broad spectrum of intellectual and expressive possibilities - rejecting the preconception that what is not critical is necessarily uncritical and therefore inferior.
From the position of the transmedial artist, Norbert Dako-Graff investigates visually and acoustically alternative ways of relating to reality and their creative potential. By reassessing criticism as the default mode of relating to artistic objects, the artist proposes a positive, creative interaction. The entire project can be understood as a possible solution to the block caused by the voice of the inner critic - a feeling familiar to all creators.
𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 creates a parallel intellectual space which, in an obviously precarious art world, responds to the artists' need to be recognized not only for their masterful technique, but for their sustained efforts to rebuild the world on a daily basis.
