Women’s Circle: Chanting from the Heart! Come join us for an evening of soulful sound and sacred connection!
Chanting from the Heart is a gentle, joyful experience where we will learn simple Sufi chants—melodies that uplift the spirit, calm the nervous system, and awaken the heart. No singing experience is necessary—just bring your breath, your presence, and your beautiful voice.
Our song leaders, Peggy Gregory, and Barb Fee, will guide us in exploring the healing power of voice, rhythm, and vibration. These chants are easy to learn, deeply nourishing, and perfect for anyone seeking peace, presence, and community.
Let your voice rise in harmony with others as we sing, sway, and reconnect with the sacred within.
All women welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water.

Our Circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women gather to pshare their thoughts, feelings, stories, challenges, and triumphs without fear of judgment. We hold space with deep presence and heartfelt listening, offering a nurturing environment where each woman is seen, heard, and honored.
Together, we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-love, and spiritual awakening. We celebrate each woman's unique journey and the wisdom she brings, standing together as a sacred cheering squad for one another’s illumination and well-being.
Rooted in compassion, connection, and empowerment, we believe in the power of sisterhood. As we rise together—united in shared vulnerability, strength, and love—we co-create personal and collective transformation.
Health Guidelines: If you're experiencing fever, cough, or body aches, please consider resting and joining us another time. Your well-being matters, and there will always be more gatherings. Masks are optional; disposable masks are available at the studio if you'd like one.
Children: We kindly ask that children not attend the Circle. Conversations may be deeply personal or graphic, and emotional or energetic release may occur. Our intention is to provide a safe, sacred space for adult spiritual healing and transformation.
