Root & Reconnect: A Sunday Evening Restorative Practice

Exhale the weight of the week and ease into sacred stillness. This 60-minute restorative session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your center through fully supported postures, guided breathwork, and spacious silence.

Held on Sunday evenings, this practice offers a gentle close to your week—an embodied pause that nourishes the nervous system, fosters inner listening, and prepares you to rise anew. Bolsters, blankets, and thoughtful cues create a cocoon of care where presence becomes prayer.

Come as you are. No experience needed—only a willingness to receive.
