About the event

Restorative Yoga & Sound bath
A perfect reset to close the weekend. Enjoy a gentle flow with bolsters, blocks, and supportive guidance from an experienced yoga practitioner. Let go of stuck tension, and allow your body to melt into relaxation and peace.

We will be sealing the flow with a Sound Bath in Savassana.

Bring a blanket, pillow, water bottle, and leave your stress and shoes at the door.

Self investment is $30 per person and we are limited to 8 spots!
