Youth Yoga Class

Join us this summer for Pop Up Kids and Youth Yoga classes!

Kiddos ages 10 - 14 are invited on Yoga adventure; learning poses, building strength, balance and forming friendships and memories that will last a life time.

Classes are intended to improve not just physical health and get our kiddos moving, but will help them build self esteem, confidence, enhance concentration, and so many more benefits!
