Kids Yoga Class

Join us this summer for Pop Up Kids and Youth Yoga classes!

Boys and girls ages 5 - 9 are invited on a sunny Yoga adventure; learning poses, playing games, and forming friendships and memories that will last a life time.

Classes are intended to improve not just their physical health and get our kiddos moving, but will help them build self esteem, confidence, enhance concentration, and so many more benefits!
